My name is Michelle Mastellone, and I'm an Emmy-Award-winning Television Producer.
I've been lucky enough to find myself in an industry that requires creativity as a driving force behind our product.
Over the last decade, I've developed and executed segments for networks and streaming services across various genres, including reality, talk, entertainment shows, and most notably, some of America’s favorite TV shows such as America's Got Talent, The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
From casting high-stakes game and competition shows to orchestrating emotional revelations of paternity, showcasing community heroes, or facilitating heartfelt Military Reunions on stage— I've tackled every aspect of television production.
Most importantly, these opportunities have allowed me to highlight incredible individuals, community heroes, and influential figures in sharing their stories while inspiring viewers worldwide...
I know. It all feels like a dream.
